LEAGUE RULES

1. GENERAL RULES
-
League shall consist of at least 8 or more
even number of franchises divided into two divisions with a max of 14
franchises.

Entry fee is $100, to cover league expenses
and prizes.
-
Franchises will participate in a 17 round
draft to select players from the NCAA Div I-A.
-
The draft selection order will be determined
randomly prior to the draft
and the weekly waiver order will be based on standings.
-
The division selection order will be
determined randomly prior to the draft to set the schedule.
-
A weekly waiver will occur at 9am on Tuesday
of each week, waiver order will be based on standings.
-
Immediately following the draft until noon on the day of the first game of
the season an additional three players can be picked up.
This will bring each roster up to
20 players. The order will follow the first three rounds of the original
draft and will be run at noon on the day of the first game of the season.
After the kickoff of the first game any
waiver request made will go towards the week 1 waiver wire. The weekly
waiver will consist of one round, where you have to waive one player to pick
up a player. Each team is limited to one pick per week, weather the
team has a complete roster or not.

The league and draft will be available
online and will use the
www.u-sport.com management software.
2. LINEUPS AND ELIBIBLE
PLAYERS
-
Players shall be selected from all Div I-A
schools.
-
Line-ups shall consist of eight "players" in
the format of one (1) quarterback, two (2) running backs, three (3) wide
receivers/tight ends, one (1) kicker, and one (1) defense/special teams.

Players should be entered into the lineup
online before the kickoff of their game for the week. Be aware that the
NCAA Weekly Schedule starts on Tuesday and ends Monday night.

If you do not turn in a lineup for any
reason and your last weeks lineup has players whose games have already
started, those players are counted as active in your lineup and cannot be
changed.

If the internet or league management site is
down, a reasonable attempt should be made to communicate line-ups to weekly
opponents and commish before the kickoff deadline.

Questions regarding player position
eligibility will be addressed by a consensus vote at the draft and there
after will follow the position set by www-u-sport.com.
3. SCHEDULE
-
Each team shall play a schedule of ten(10)
regular season games.
-
Schedule is set prior to the draft, using
the
www.u-sport.com software.
-
Playoffs shall consist of the eight
qualifying teams (See "PLAYOFFS").
-
If league consists of ten (10) teams, all
teams shall play all division teams and non-division teams once, plus an
addition division game.
-
If league consists of twelve (12) teams, all
teams shall play all division teams once (5 games) and all but one of the
non-division teams.
-
If league consists of fourteen (14) teams,
all teams shall play all division teams once (6 games) and four of the
non-division teams.
4. SCORING
-
Six (6) points for a touchdown scored
rushing, receiving, or as a defensive or special teams return.
-
Four (4) points for a touchdown passing.
-
Four (4) points for every 5 receptions
caught.
-
Two (2) points for a two-point conversion
rushing, receiving, or passing.
-
Two (2) points for a defensive safety or a
two-point conversion return.
-
One (1) point for every 25 yards rushing or
receiving.
-
One (1) point for every 50 yards passing.
-
One (1) point for every defensive turnover
forced, (fumbles and interceptions).
-
One (1) point for every sack.
-
One (1) point for every extra point kicked.
-
Three (3) points for every field goal 39
yards or less.
-
Four (4) points for every field goal 40-49
yards.
-
Five (5) points for every field goal 50-59
yards.
-
Six (6) points for every field goal 60+
yards.

Four
(4) points for defensive points allowed of 0
-
Three
(3) points for defensive points allowed of 1-6
-
Two (2)
points for defensive points allowed of 7-10
-
One (1)
point for defensive points allowed of 11-14
5. PLAYOFFS
-
Top two (2) teams in each division with the
best records plus four wildcards, shall qualify for the playoffs.
-
Should two or more teams are tied for any
playoff spot, the following tiebreaker shall exist.

Division Record if between two teams in
the same division
-
Head-to-head record.
-
Total points scored.
-
Total points allowed.
-
Coin flip.
-
The best two teams in each division will be
seeded first and second, then the next best four teams in the league will be
seeded in order 5-8. The best division winner will be seeded #1, the best
division runner-up will be seeded #3.
-
Playoffs shall be paired by placing the
highest seeded team versus the lowest seeded team throughout. (i.e. #1 vs.
#8, #2 vs. #7, etc.)

Playoffs shall start on Week 11 of the NCAA
Season.

Championship game will be Week 13 of the
NCAA Season.
6. MONEY
-
Entry fee shall be $100 per franchise.
-
Money shall be distributed as follows:
$5 per Regular season win
$5 per Weekly High Game
$10 for the Regular Season High Game
$10 for the Regular Season Division Winner
$10 for the Regular Season Heisman Winner
$50 per 1st round playoff win
$100 per 2nd round playoff win
$150 per Championship game win

Remaining monies shall be used to provide
for website and league management.
7. ALL OTHER RULES
Should
there be any omissions or disputes about any rules not contain herein, league
shall revert back to the governing rules of the Mid-Ohio Valley Fantasy Sports
Association.
